Stick Figures

I’d like to introduce you to the cast of fun and funky creatures that hang out around my studio. When I discovered my six year old grandson making up stories to go with these stick figures, an idea was born. Six months later, after reading about cooped up kids needing creative, imaginative diversions, I finally acted on the idea.

I brought each member of my stick figure collection into the studio and photographed them against a white background. They range in height from 14 inches to eight feet tall.

I’m offering these images as drawing prompts for young and old alike. I’ve created downloadable images with lots of white space around them so you can print them on your own printer and draw whatever creatures and features you imagine them to be.

There’s no fee. It’s all just for fun, so grab your pencils, charcoal, or crayons and get started.

  1. View the images. Then go HERE to download and print

  2. I’d love to see what you and your children have created. Please take a picture of your artwork and EMAIL it to me

Feel free to share this link STICK FIGURES with others who might be interested.

Thank you to my grandsons and grand niece for agreeing to share their Stick Figure responses here.
